Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of dyall.us ("Dyall"), run by Friendly MegaCorp LLC ("we", "us"). By signing in and using Dyall, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What Dyall is
Dyall is a free tool for shared shopping. You can form a household, team up with other households in a group, keep shared shopping lists, track what's in stock, and work out who owes what after a shopping trip. Dyall is free to use. We don't sell anything through it and we don't handle anyone's money.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Dyall.
- If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they're responsible for your use of Dyall.
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure, because anyone who can sign in as you can see and change your households, groups and lists.
Your content
Everything you add, such as household and group names, list items, prices, notes, links and payment handles, stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with: your household, and the other households in your groups. Please only add things you're entitled to share.
Money between households
Dyall does the math. It isn't a party to any payment.
- Totals are based on the prices you and your group enter. Check them before you pay anyone.
- Venmo and Cash App buttons only open those apps. Any payment is between you and the other household, under that app's own terms.
- We aren't responsible for debts between households, or for sorting out disagreements about them.
Fair use
Please don't use Dyall to break the law, to harass anyone, or to post content that isn't yours to share. Don't try to get into other people's households or groups without an invite, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Changes to the service
Dyall is free and still growing. We may add, change or remove features, or stop running Dyall altogether. If we plan to shut it down, we'll try to give you notice first so you can download your lists.
No warranties
Dyall is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or that Dyall will be error-free or always available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Dyall. Dyall is free, so our total liability for any claim about Dyall is US$0. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Ending your use
You can stop using Dyall at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. The No warranties and Limit of liability sections still apply after you stop using Dyall.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use Dyall means you accept the new version.
